Review of tariffs from 01.01.23

For the first time in 5 years, Domonet benefits provider changes tariffs for current tariffs. Tariff changes come into force from 01.01.23

The full-scale invasion changed the lives of every Ukrainian and every business. Understanding the importance of communication, we continued to do our job diligently from the very beginning so that you could stay in touch with your family. We restored cables damaged from hostilities, continued to provide technical support over the phone without interruption, and continued to develop the PON network and upgrade equipment at 1 Gbit/s. All this depended on the success of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, our brigades and your unlimited support. 

Starting in October of this month, the war gained new momentum - the enemy began to destroy the infrastructure on which the country's economy depends. But despite this, we continue to work daily and overtime for our subscribers. Unfortunately, we are not always physically able to keep all the sites with generators, but we have developed a clear plan and ordered autonomous power systems for each site. We have already begun to actively install them and within the next 3 months we will reserve most of the network.

We postponed plans to raise prices by almost a year. But now it is a necessity. In turn, we emphasize that the increase is justified, first of all, by the increase in the cost of maintaining the network, purchasing new equipment in foreign currency and remuneration to craftsmen who work 24/7 to provide quality services.  

Changes apply to all current and archived rates.

Despite the increase, the cost of Domonet tariffs remains at the level, and even lower than some Providers, comparing packages with similar content.

I would like to emphasize that the DOMONET loyalty program is tied as a percentage to the cost of the tariff and for subscribers who pay for services on time, the bonus will also be increased, thereby slightly compensating for changes in the tariff.

According to clause 8.9. The current offer agreement between subscribers and the Provider https://domonet.ua/ua/contract, the Provider has the right to unilaterally change the tariffs for the Service provided with prior notice to the Subscriber through the Provider's website or e-mail at least 10 (ten) days before the date of entry into force of the changes.

Please consider the date of notification 09.12.2022, and 01.01.2023 as the date of entry into force of the amendments. Current subscribers will be transferred to the new tariffs automatically, the corresponding changes will appear in their personal account earlier, for correct forecasting of payment for the next period.
