We inform you that DOMONET works in a special mode and continues to support the infrastructure 24/7/365

Dear subscribers.
We would like to inform you that as of this morning, 24.02.2022 09:05  none of the critical infrastructure objects of DOMONET were damaged. The trunk infrastructure of our network is built in such a way to ensure operability even if some local part is damaged. 

We have developed a clear plan for any mode of operation during a state of emergency or martial law in Ukraine. And already from 24.02.2022 05:30 they put it into effect.

- Employees have been transferred to remote work and continue to provide telephone service to subscribers. 

- We are forced to suspend new connections that have been in place for today, how will the connection schedule work  we will inform  on the website or in social networks.

- Service visits and local repairs are currently suspended until the end of the day.

All brigades  will be involved in the recovery  cliffs  and restoration of trunk equipment, other applications will be carried out according to the possibility and situation in a specific location.
