CHANGING THE CONDITIONS OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE FROM 01.01.2024

Dear Subscribers,

Please note that from January 1, 2024, the period of suspension of service for existing and new subscribers  will be 30 calendar days during the year. The rules for suspension of the main service shall be governed by Clause 7.9. of the Public Agreement on the Provision of Telecommunication Services for Access to the Internet/Domnet (Offer Agreement).

Changes are made in accordance with clause 8.9. of the current offer agreement The Provider has the right to unilaterally make changes and additions to any clauses of this public offer, as well as change the tariffs for the Service provided, change, if technically necessary, the network details provided to the Customer – IP address, subnet masks, gateways, addresses and names of servers and network services, logins and passwords, etc. with prior notice to the Subscriber through the Provider's WEB-site or e-mail at least 10 (ten) days before the date of entry into force of the changes. The Provider and the Subscriber recognize the legal validity of the notices specified in this paragraph.

These changes do not apply to the cost of services.
