Report on work in the conditions of stabilization power outages on a regular basis as of 11/25/2022

After the last missile attack by the enemy, the energy system of Ukraine is being restored step by step, thanks to the extraordinary efforts of energy workers. We greatly appreciate this and admire the courage of these people. They understand exactly what awaits them during each air alert.

• The DOMONET team works in emergency mode
• Some central equipment is still powered by generators because all 3 power lines are in emergency shutdowns, the situation is under our control
• Accumulators at most nodal sites (at the district level) are still discharged, so the crew must physically go to such sites and feed them with a generator or backup batteries. The priority is based on the number of subscribers and the availability of light in the area
• At hub sites where there is regular power supply, the network starts working immediately, provided there is power in the switching chain from the hub to your house
• We understand your concern, but we ask you today to reduce the number of calls to the technical support service by phone, regarding the clarification of the terms when the service will appear, because everything depends directly on the supply of electricity and it is impossible to predict this until the power system returns from the emergency shutdown to, at least, scheduled

We appreciate your time, the flow of calls is very large, it is not possible to answer all of them

You can be sure that we monitor the network around the clock and see where the situation is. As for future plans, every day we implement solutions and purchase alternative power sources to ensure the network's operability for as long as possible.
